We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
How to Request a Refund
To start a refund request, contact us at support@culturallivingtoday.com with your order number and a photo of the item if it is damaged or defective. We do not require items to be returned — you may keep the item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Please contact us at support@culturallivingtoday.com to initiate.
Refunds
