At Cultural Living Today, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every product we sell and will work with you to make things right if something goes wrong.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at support@culturallivingtoday.com. After 24 hours, orders are transmitted to our fulfillment partners and cancellations can no longer be guaranteed. If your cancellation request is received after this window and the order has already been processed, we will do our best to assist but cannot guarantee a cancellation or refund at that stage.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@culturallivingtoday.com with your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect. We review each case individually and reserve the right to request additional information. Approved claims will receive a refund or replacement at our discretion. Claims submitted without supporting photos will not be processed.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email us at support@culturallivingtoday.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not ship any items back until you have received written confirmation and a return address from our team. All returns must be approved before shipping back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items returned without approval or not in original condition will not be refunded. Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to offer a resolution at our discretion, which may include a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept refunds or returns on sale items, gift cards, or items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact your financial institution first, then reach out to us at support@culturallivingtoday.com.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Contact us at support@culturallivingtoday.com to initiate.
